There are over 677 feet of sandy, waterfront beaches!! Approximately half of the waterfront affords a picturesque view of Lake Buchanan; it’s surrounding hills, and the mouth of the Colorado River.

The remainder of the waterfront is situated on a deep, protected cove that provides protection for a 2000 sq. ft. covered boat dock! The property has over 150 beautiful, old Oak trees, numerous fruit tress, and an abundance of native trees and vegetative cover.
